About Andy’s Cakes

This all started on a step stool in my Mom's kitchen. My passion and interest only grew as I got older and was glued to the Food Network. Martha Stewart, Ina Garten, Wolfgang Puck and Emeril Lagasse were my first loves in the 90's. I followed my heart and off to culinary school I went. I've come a very long way from putting whole, hard black peppercorns in my tomato sauce (to "kick it up a notch" IYKYK!) to making a very special and comforting connection with sugary confections.

As a trained pastry chef, I would never be so bold to say I'm an expert of my craft, you're always learning. I have over 25 years of industry experience and I'm dedicated to creating delicious, beautiful cakes and baked goods for my clients. I quite literally started from the bottom and now I'm here. I've owned Andy's Cakes now for 15 years. Word of mouth has been wonderfully kind and the continuous loyal support from my clients has made my business what it is today.

I'm proud to say that I am a health inspected, registered, licensed and insured home based business.

I offer a wide variety of baked goods, including; cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, pies, cinnamon rolls and more. EVERYTHING is scratch made! 

No mixes here! I am a nut friendly kitchen and while I take top allergens very seriously to avoid cross contamination, I can never say I'm 100% nut free. I have immediate family members with gluten allergies and offer gluten free options and practice exclusive gluten free bake days. My ingredients are purchased weekly for optimal freshness. Working with perishable goods, I do not keep a large inventory of product. Last minute requests are not accepted as I simply won't have the added ingredients on hand. I use only real and quality ingredients.
